Welcome to the Member Information Portal for The Verde River Club Updates

This website has been created as a central resource for information related to the potential acquisition of The Verde River Club from Shea Homes and its partner by members of the community.

As new information becomes available, we will continue to update the site so that members can stay informed throughout the process. We encourage you to visit regularly for the latest information, updates, and answers to frequently asked questions.

We also welcome your questions. Throughout the site, you will find an “Ask a Question” link where you can submit questions at any time. We will collect and review those questions and provide answers through updates to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, ensuring that all residents have access to the same information.

Your participation and engagement in this process are important as we work together to evaluate the potential acquisition and help determine the future of The Verde River Club.
